I never use a primer with any of mine. Cancels out the benefits that the bb cream offers by doing so.

I have before just to try it and honestly its good if your bb cream doesn't have sunscreen (most of them do though) and the primer I have is luminous smart shade by almay and it gives an awesome natural glow under the bb cream so its not bad but most people don't do it for time reasons which I totally understand :) hope this helped.

Well that depends, what are you wanting to do with it? Most US ones act as glorified sun block, Asian ones tend to have actual skin benefits.

Alia, I've been using the one by smashbox and it's ahhmazing. makes my skin so radiant, last for hours, blurs dark spots and other imperfections, and I've even noticed improvements in my skin since dumping my foundation in favor of the bb for everyday.
I don't use primer with my bb. it goes on smooth and lasts hours on it's own, so why waste primer? also most bbs are formulated to act as primers.

For everyday I don't use a primer under my bb cream, but on days where I need my makeup to last longer or I need to look extra good I will use my primer under the bb cream :)

I don't use primer...I love Tarte Bb cream. Revlons colorstay is very good as well.

I don't use primer under my BB cream or CC cream either. I found Smashbox's BB cream is good for oilier skin types with a mattifier in it. Also Tarte's BB primer has good staying power in the heat.
