All the shadow comes off the brush like it should and stuff? I'll take 2 things out of my cart and put it in and see how much it'd be.. I'm just nervous lol.

Most definitely. I spot clean mine everyday and clean them once a week with dawn and olive oil. Never had a problem with shedding or retaining pigments.

I also have a bad habit of using my pants as clean my brushes and the shadows come right off.

I have that same bad habit Lena lol. I took my 2 loose powders off my order and put the brushes on. My total will be about 65$

Just to chime in on the BH Cosmetics convo they are a great company. I bought a 36 piece brush set for $29 around Halloween. I too was a little skeptical about ordering brushes online but for such a value I thought there has to be at least a few I would love. I winded up loving them all.
