I'm going through the same situation as you are right now! I have all these projects and finals due this Friday and I'm stress out like crazy. I just try to relax myself and breathe. I usually take a hot shower to calm me down its weird. just take a cool break and basically just chill.

Go to take a hot shower and let it all out--as in, cry if you need to. after that just go to the gym or something. I don't know but that always works for me :p
sometimes it helps to read a book too!

I've been going nuts for a while. I cried in class for a teacher telling me he didn't like how I did something. >.< sigh.

Take a night and go out to the movies with some friends or something like that. Maybe go to the gym. Or hang out with your boyfriend.

Study for about 30 mins to an hour and than take a 15 min break to help yourself relax. eat healthy snacks, like grapefruit ( my faverote) and drink lots of tea, peppermint tea is great, it makes me feel awake and calmer. also just take deep breaths and go into your exam or final thinking I can do this :) flash cards work great for studeying.
