Every time I use eyeliner on top of my lid it always rubs off onto the top of my eye. Any tips on how to stop this from happening?

Wait for the eyeliner to dry properly, or go over it with the same colour eyeshadow :)

Use a primer and that doesn't happen. I like Urban Decay's, but Nyx, Too Faced, Lorac, Nars and Sephora Brand all make really good options.

You can go over it with a similar colored eyeshadow to set it. Kinda the same way you would set foundation with powder.

You can also use a waterproof mascara as a gel eyeliner!
