The lotion is ok but it's not super moisturizing to be honest. My Shea butter or even my Aragan Milk are more hydrating to my skin.

I haven't gotten Ipsy but I really want to. However I've heard a lot if negativity towards it. People say it's really good the first couple months you have it and then it just goes down from there and gets worse.

I honestly haven't been impressed with like the last 3. I'm away from the house where my bags get shipped to so I haven't actually used any of the stuff in this month's bag but just from checking my glam room I know there's a lot of stuff I probably won't like. I can't stand that Mica beauty stuff they keep insisting on sending. I even reviewed and pretty much said I didn't want to receive anything else from the brand but yet there it is. This month there was actually some higher end stuff I'd have liked to try and I didn't really get any of it :/ like the Malin & Goetz lip balm. I got the Mica tinted lip balm. I know its only $10 a month but it just seems like all of the products I've got in the last couple bags have been sooo cheap. Some of them look and feel like dollar store quality to me. I don't mind lower end cosmetics, but I feel like some of these are extremely low quality. I'd like to try some higher end stuff so I can try it before spending money on a full size so I do get kind of annoyed when I get stuff that although it may not be priced at under $10, it feels like it isn't even worth $5. All that said, when its good it's really good. But I feel like I haven't had a bag where I actually liked almost everything in it since about August or September. The bags themselves are always adorable though. I'm kind of in the same boat as Erin, I'm considering giving it a few more months and if it doesn't improve just canceling. I figure there will be a really awesome bag after I cancel though so I'm hesitant to lol.

Lol I know! Some of the bags at the beginning looked so awesome, to this day I still wish I had been subscribed then lol. I mean I feel like I still want to be subscribed because I look at it as a tool. As someone who wants to be a makeup artist its a good way to try new things and be up to speed on as many good quality brands as I can be, but lately I just haven't found much in my bags that I'd really use or recommend sadly.

I know!! Ugh so frustrating lol. I wish they just had a list that was like "yes send me ANYTHING at all from this brand because I love it or am dying to try it" and another for "I never want anything from this brand again!" Would help make my bag much more awesome each month lol.

Caitlin is Mica just a mineral base Makeup? Here in San Diego they just opened up A Mica Cosmetic store and before they use to be sold in Kiosk in the mall.I've looked at the stuff but wasn't impressed.
