I kind of have a little extra skin on my eyelids so whenever I do winged eyeliner it looks so awkward and it looks scribbly! Any tips?

I have the same problem ugh I hate that! I bought a pen eyeliner which has helped since I hold just like a pen and its easy to work with and it has a thin pointy tip so that helps :)

If you keep your eye open and looking forward while making the outer line for the wing it makes it easier as you can see how its going to look while your eyes open. If you do it closed it can look completely different when your eyes open. Do you have hooded eyes?
