Quick for me...I use Loreal Kohl pencil and apply a thick line around my top lid and smudge the mess out of it. Then on my bottom lash line I use a pencil pencil and use a matte shadow in a corresponding color and use the kohl pencil in my waterline. Curl my lashes and apply mascara top and bottom. My Loreal kohl pencil is in a dark chocolate brown so it gives me the ability to apply any shade of blush/lippie.
