You can do it on your own or go to a salon and have it done. It's usually not much to get cornrows.

I live in Brampton and most hair salons will do it, however if they cater to a lot of black clients they can do it for sure.

You just french braid tiny sections of hair and when you put the rubberband, grab the hair at the end of the braid that wasn't braided.
