How often do you cut your split ends and how much do you cut? Does your hair really grow longer after you cut them?

Every six months about 2-3 inches. Your hair doesn't grow any faster or longer. It just prevents split end from reaching your roots.

I try not to cut my hair until the split ends are noticeable which is probably every 4/5 months.
