I consider it acne, But if it's not, put benzol peroxide on it and it should be gone by the next morning, if not than its probably acne You can buy benzoyl peroxide at Wal-Mart in the skin care section

For the dark circles cucumbers and lots of sleep help for your acne maybe go to a dermatologist for a quick and working solution

I would call it starting acne (only little, not very bad) or just break out caused for example by your hormonal imbalance because of period. It depends if you have it all the time or occasionally. Also what skin type do you have, if you have normal to oily, break outs are typically in T-zone (forehead, nose, chin). Try to wash properly your face and buy a cream for light acne with benzoyl or salicylic acids.

It is acne, but it's no where near bad! You can go to your dermatologist to get a medication that will help clear your skin up a bit! Remember that around that time of the month you do break out a bit, because of all your hormones in such! You can try changing your pillow case as well, because your pillow case is rubbed against your face which captures that bacteria and when you freshly was your face, and you go to bed, and your face hits that pillow, it will just go back into your face!
