I always put lotion on my face. But whenever i put my powder on my face looks dry and crackly.....how can i fix this problem ): ?

Not enough information given but do you use skin care products for dry skin? Here are what I use, I have really dry skin so hope it helps: Liz earle cleanser, Liz earle toner or caudalie beauty elixir, aveda all sensitive moisturizer, Liz earle face cream and balance me wonder eye cream. I also use oils to moisturize my skin.

Use moisturizers that have extra hydration ... I have worked with AVEDA skin care so I recommend either the Botsnical Kenetics for dry skin. Make sure you're applying powder with a powder puff and not a powder brush. Also, stay away from matte foundations. Dry skin works better with cream, liquids, and tinted moisturizers rather than powder foundation.

Use a super hydrating moisturizer right before your make up and wait about and hour to put your makeup on

use a setting spray after the powder. that will help
