do a search online for the CO and honey treatment. I used to do that on my hair. The only problem is I can't remember the last ingredient. I just know that you're supposed to use a silicone free conditioner - 4 parts silicone free conditioner like VO5 and 1 part honey. If you don't have blonde hair do NOT heat the honey. There is another ingredient but I can't remember. Maybe googling it will reveal it. I know you should cover your head with plastic like saran wrap and then a shower cap or towel wrap and leave it in no shorter than 30 mins. Overnight is best.

If you have thick hair, i reccomend microwaving olive oil for about 30 seconds. Then, apply it from root to end. Rinse and shampoo well. You can also use the mayonnaise method which works for all hair types. Put a dollop of mayo in your hair from root to end and let it sit for 15 minutes. Tuen just rinse it out.
