puffy? i'm guessing your using a volumizing shampoo. I recommend Matrix Biolage, don't get the volumizing one so your hair won't be "puffy", this brand is pricey but worth it because it doesn't have all that wax most shampoos & conditioners have that make your hair more oily then it already is. Your hair has natural oils, so it will become oily regardless what you use, with Matrix Biolage; you will see a decrease in oily hair & its also nourishing, no harsh chemicals that dry out or damage your hair. Also, i been using honey on my hair, since then its been soft, shiny, less oily, it strengthen my strands :-)

I like Biotin. I just started, I have very fine but thick hair and using this shampoo and conditioner makes it so much stronger. and I havent colored my hair in months and it made my hair shiney as if I just colored it..

I use pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair shampoo which works pretty good and leaves the hair soft, shiny and healthy. :)
