So, my issue is that I've read that you shouldn't wash your hair daily, however, I work out daily, and I do sweat, and it does get in ny haur, so if anyone could offer suggestions, advice and/ or opinions on maybe a certain shampoo or conditioner, or perhaps a sort of routine I could do to prevent my hair from drying out, I'd appreciate it.
My general routun as of yet is a minimum ammount of shampoo, (lathered in hand first, place through hair, then rinsed). Then I leave in conditioner for the remaining duration of my shower, then I rinse it out at end with luke warm water. After towel drying my hair a bit I apply Organix Nourishing Coconut Milk Split Ends Mender, DAILY. -.- haha
If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

wash it wear it down first day second day wear a sweat band or do a routine that on day two you dont go to the gym day three wash or wear up. I do a 3-4 day routine there are a bunch of ways to get around it. baby powder at the roots or any other drying powder will take the shine out with out damage. I color my hair black so water especially warm water dont like my color. however since I have a wash routine and take vitamins I have beautiful hair down to my lower back. and if you do plan some kind if routine and notice on a wash day you've lost a handful of hair DO NOT PANIC that's just the hair you would have lost anyway during missed shampooing.

oh and always shoot your hair with cold water before you get out of the shower to close the cuticle

If your hair is thin and gets oily easily, then wash every other day. If your hair is thick ( like mine) then you can go up to 3 days without washing! (Which is what I do) and if your hair is in the middle, then you can go about 2 days!

I use suave professionals dry shampoo in between my wash days. I wash my hair every couple of days and I avoid touching it to prevent excess oil.

just because you can't use shampoo every day doesn't mean you can't get it wet and re-stlye it once you've let it just rinse out in the shower it gets rid of only the natural oils you DONT need

also to build up your tolerance without greasy roots. wash your hair every other day then every third and so on til your body re regulates itself to only having to wash your hair twice a week! once your body is used to washing your hair less it will produce less oils that make it "greasy" since it's not over compensating for you washing it too often.

I also work out everyday and my hair is very thick. I know washing it every day isn't good for it and also washing it in scorching hot water, but however I do both. My hair is frizzy when it dries from heat damage but that's about it. I use a protein spray on my hair whenever it's looking particularly damaged. It also helps it grow. You can buy them anywhere.
