I would not pop them, that can still cause scarring. I would try a good exfoliation and a clay mask, or a facial peel. My favorite is olehenriksen facial peel! Can get it at Sephora (:

You can also go to the dermatologist and get syslane it is RX only thou.

I don't think you need a prescription for that. In my experience with the tiny, colorless ones, just pop them: they won't go away any other way. Do what Hailey said.
