Is thare a way to tan without spray tan I only burn but I've heard of ways where you can gradually let your skin adapt to sun tanning. is that true. if so how can I do it. is thare a different way.

Well you could try a tanning bed. Start out 3 minutes and slowly increase to staying in there to 4 then 5 etc.etc. I wouldn't recommend going past 11. It helped me a lot(:

There's lotion that makes you look tanner. Its not as harsh as spray.
