gel nails r the best for your nails.acryl are more harder but last longer.gel takes more time but doesn't last as long

I'm a nail tech and I do a lot more gel then acrylic so that speaks. Acrylics can be abit harsher then gels. Gels are a better all round nail as they sit on the nail rather then adhering to the nail. Gels don't stain,no nasty odours and if you like nail art there is generally a bigger selection of colours for gel. One con would be that gels (except shellac or soak of gels) need to be removed by filing, which can lead to damage if not done properly where acrylic can be soaked off. All in all I think gels are best :)
