Couple different ways:
-use a foundation with a glowing finish- like L'oreal true match lumi
-use a Bb cream with a glowy finish. Most of them do, I use maybelline dream fresh.
-use a glowing base duh as MAC strobe cream (pink under tone)
- use mix luminizer with your face product of choice. 1 part lumi: 2 parts foundation/Bb.I want the buxom divine goddess luminizer(gold undertone. Only at sephora)
-try a cream blush like nyx cream blush or maybelline dream bouncy blush.
-cheek triple threat: contour, bronzer, blush

You have lovely skin. Why not try using a illuminating foundation or sheer glow foundation from nars.

Try Highlighter (not all over the face though, just high cheekbones, bridge of nose, cupids brow, near eyebrows, just look on pinterest for highlighting). Hard Candy Doll Face, Nars Albatross, Too Faced Candlelight Glow Duo, L'Oreal Lumi Primer makes gives a great glow, Elf Facial Whips are good and cheap too.
