I don't have a DIY, but a charcoal mask (Origins, Freemans and Bioré do good ones) should help a ton. The charcoal is designed to draw out impurities.

I don't have any DIY but I like Queen Helene's Mint Julep (Sally Beauty, Ulta, Dollar General) or any of the Freeman's Mask (google which one is best for blackheads). I have actually tried the Elmer's Glue trick, and it worked pretty good actually. You just apply a thin layer of it on the blackheads and leave on (about 10-15 min) peel off (slowly!) and then wash face.
