I just got my hair bleached and I was wondering if it was safe to put coconut oil in it overnight as a hair mask?

I would use a one use hair mask. Look in walmart, they have really nice ones, or just let conditioner sit overnight with a plastic bag over it :)

I think it will be okay as long as you rinse with cool water

Coconut oil by itself won't affect the colour, there are quite a few diy bleachers who actually cover their hair in coconut oil just before they bleach it with great results and a lot less damage.
