Use dawn a few times, fit model competitions we have to get super tanned and it looks disgusting off stage so I usually buy a bottle of dawn and one of thosr back brushes and take a shower with it :D.

Lemon and a salt scrub and heat... Get your hands really hot under running water and scrub with a lemon salt scrub (diy it with coarse salt oil and lemon juice) and scrub scrub scrub scrub :)

I know it won't help now, but for next time: after you've finished and thoroughly washed your hands, slice a lemon in half and rub it all over your hands. especially places like knuckle, side of your palm and between your fingers were the tan really seems to stick!
