How to get you're nails to grow faster?

My nails grown really slow, and I have to keep the short during cheer season. But cheer season is almost over and I want my nails to be long before cheer formal so the look nice, but the probable is cheer formal is march 29..! So how what I'm wonder is how can I get my nails to grow faster
That's how short they are now

Drink more water, take a multivitamin, and massage your nails with Olive or coconut oil.

^ agreed. I also like to keep my nails painted whilst I'm growing them out as it gives the nails a little extra strength and reinforcement so they don't break, tear or peel.

Apply garlic paste on your nails every night or you can also put chopped garlic in you clear nails polish and leave it for 15 days then apply daily. but I would recommend to use garlic paste. it really works for me. my nails used to be same as yours and here now how it looks like :)

As weird as it sounds if your a biter have someone you love paint your nails...thats how I stopped lol BC I'd be so sad to mess up their cute work c: and I've heard to keep them polished and to put a base coat a UV protection and all that helps them stay healthy and happy c:

@miriam I don't bite my nails, their so uneven cause when they do grow they break off, so ALL cheerleader are required to have short nails it's a safe issues. So not trying to be mean but if your friend has long nails then she doesn't Cheer for school or all star she probable just does rec. cheer. And That's not cheer (:

@Brittany agreed...I was in cheer and they went by with nail clippers and files and took away our gorgeous nails weekly lol and mine haven't been the same since now they break constantly.
