I have spots mostly on my forehead but I have them on my chin, round my ears, neck and around my shoulders and they don't seem to be clearing up as I have had them for more than a year. I have eaten a lot of chocolate recently (everyday oops). I was just wondering what sort of remedies would get rid or reduce them? I live in the UK and is there anything that would help clear up blackheads too? Thanks lovelies xx

Chocolate doesn't directly give you spots that's a myth (but that isn't an incentive to stuff yourself silly with the stuff lol) personally my golden rules with spots are:
1) Hydrate yourself regularly
2) Don't pick at them, it'll only lead to scarring!
3) Don't scrub yourself raw or too often!
4) Face mask once a week (whichever one works best for your needs)
5) Don't eat too much junk: You are what you eat!
If the problem persists, go to see your local GP as it could be hormonal.

Try applying tea tree oil just on the spots to dry them out and see if that'll get rid of them

Spot Treatments:
Burt's Bee's $16
Clean&Clear Persa Gel 5/10/15/20 (represents the % of benzoyl peroxide, an effective acne medicine)
The inside of a gel aspirin capsule (Advil works great. This is a tip modeling agencies use because it's so effective on whiteheads!)
Oxy acne pads
For blackheads:
Pore strips (can buy, or do a diy using gelatin. michelle phan on youtube has a vid)
Egg white mask (leave it on your face for 20 mins. Afterwards it'll feel like a facelift. Removes blackheads so well.)
Hope this helped! :)
