Hey I got many small spots on my face due to a viral infection..now after treatment...small spots left :'( :-\ :-|
please help _/\_

Have you tried sudocrem? it helps reduce the size of the spots and dries them out!

Don't pick it or squeeze it cus it'll just lead to scarring, I've found Sudocrem can cause more spots as it's quite greasy... just clean your face gently twice a day, don't touch it too much as that will just spread the natural oils that you secrete and dirt around and into your pores, moisturise twice a day (unless you have oily skin then just once in the morning and sparingly before you go to sleep) and if it persists or gets worse go to see your Doctor, they might be able to prescribe something for you.
