I was thinking about buying an airbrush machine and try airbrush makeup and all. should I just stick with my usual routine of liquid foundation and all or should I get an airbrush machine. please anything would be helpful.

I think that if you have some extra money, or you're going to use it pretty often, then sure. It looks like it works really beautifully. But I feel like it's something most people would use on special occasions, it doesn't seem like an everyday or even slightly regular thing to use. But if you think you would use it often or have extra cash, I say go for it. =)

I've contemplated this myself as well and decided against it haha.

Yeah I'm just not sure and I have my ups and downs about it. I don't know maybe I'm better off without it.

I have an airbrush machine. While I love it for special occasions on clients (it photographs well for brides and has wonderful staying power), I don't find myself reaching for it every day. Personally, I enjoy blending liquid or cream foundations with a kabuki brush or beauty blender, and really chiseling in my face with contouring. I find that I have a lot more control, and it's easier to work with with my method. With the airbrush machine, you do get that "flawless" finish but it's high-maintenance to apply - you have to apply it in thin layers, you have to wait for it to fully dry, if it is touched in any way while drying you have a mark that completely ruins the entire airbrush area (trying to remove it in an area, prime again, and re-airbrush in a way that doesn't have any lines is challenging!), etc. If you're on the fence, I recommend using what you have. Airbrush is an expensive investment, and the majority of makeup artists reserve it for clients and rarely for personal use.

I have a Belleto studio airbrush, xsparkage had a coupon code for like $200 and I love it! although I don't use it all the time because the shades I got with the airbrush don't match me very well (too dark, better for summer) but I find its super fast and I don't need to apply any concealer which is awesome, also I find it too much to bring when I travel so I only use it when I'm at home.

Sorry, I meant $200 off I only paid about 110 with shipping to Canada.

Air brushes can be a pain to clean every time. TEMPTU AIR has their makeup in these pods that just plug in, you can't customize the color but you don't spend time everyday cleaning out the machine. I would maybe suggest trying a cheaper, easier to use one like that then deciding if it's right for you before you invest in a more expensive one. Personally, I like to use 3 shades of liquid foundation that I blend with a Wayne Goss #1 to get the foundation look I want, so airbrushing just isn't right for everyday use for me. It never hurts to try.

Thank you all for your help! I don't think I will be investing into one anytime soon but if my career moves forward I might. thank you all again(:
