I'm not sure but they might be stretch marks. You can't really get rid of them but bio oil helps fade them

They look very similar to the marks I get, which are from a mild form of rosacea. Vitamin e lotion mixed with a dab of almond oil applied daily really clears them up! or pick up Aveeno's baby excema lotion (steroid free. yes the kind made for babies)! Your skin is layering dry patches over one another and those marks form, the dryness causes them to itch. Use a salt scrub twice a week on the area until it clears up :) good luck
