I really love the dark shade lipstick look..I've never tried lipstick shades besides nude. any ideas on trying new shades? nervous to try dark red and pinks!

Start off cheap in case you don't like it. Cherry bomb lasts really long and it's only $2 it's a nice deep red it's a dupe for Mac Diva.

Try the Revlon lip butters! They have pinks and reds, but not so bold and full colour so it's perfect for just dipping your toe into colourful lips. :)

Formula Info-
Creamy, buttery, makes your lips feel quite soft. Medium-sheer colour on the first application. Definitely buildable. All have a pearl/shimmery (not glittery) finish.

Price is about $6-$8 but these often go on sale :)

My best tips with this is to go to a makeup counter that sells lipsticks like MAC for example and ask to try some out. Don't be afraid to tell them no this doesn't work. But trying them out will allow you to see what you like and get help while you're there!

Just go for it! You'll feel different, but in a new way - with boldness and confidence. My best friend is obsessed with darker, vampy lips. It's part of her signature look. She loves NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream, especially Copenhagen and Transylvania.
