When I get acne on my chest I use the benzoyl peroxide gel from acne.org and it clears it right up.

Many things cause acne.. hormones, oil, dirt, bacteria, dead skin, etc. even dirty hair can cause acne around the forehead, shoulders, & chest. I personally suffered from chest & back acne, & I cleared it up by washing my body every day, & using body scrubs to help remove anything that might clog my pores & cause acne. you can also go to the doctor & talk to him/her about possible treatments

Acne anywhere occurs when the pores of your skin become clogged. Think of it as your skin being stressed; usually because of dirt, oil, allergies, or hair follicles. This happens most often with drastic weather changes, dietary changes, a new workout routine, or depilatory actions (waxing, shaving, plucking etc). DO NOT Pick! This only spreads the dirt, oil, etc.and causes it to spread. Instead I recommend washing the area with a gentle, but exfoliating body wash (such as @DoveBodyButter or @PublixGentleCleanSkinCleanser) and then treat with a product containing a product containing the active ingredient #SalicylicAcid (I like @Clean&Clear Deep Cleaning Astringent). Always read the directions before using and call your physician if redness, drying, or peeling occurs. *I am not a doctor; but, I have done a lot of previous research and this is what works for me. Good luck :)

Can be not showering directly after exercise, allergies to washing powder, or shampooing after washing body, body spots are generally caused by external factors rather than internal factors :)
