Honey is great! Put some one then put a bandaid over it and leave it on for a while.

Don't put on any band aids!! The adhesive tends make people break out!! Try not to fuss with it and like Diana said, I heard honey works, but I haven't tried it personly.

I heard toothpaste might work to dry them out. Otherwise I love using either the "Murad-clay mask", "proactive-dry mask", or the cheaper one "mario Badescu- drying lotion" <<< those are all really awesome overnight remedies. But don't just do them once. If I get a really bad one, I usually spot treat it like craaazyy to heal it quickly. Once it's dried up and healed use moisturizer to make sure when you put your makeup on it dosn't look flakey :)

Def try the inside of a gel aspirin capsule. Just put two or three in a little dish and poke a hole using a toothpick. Put the gel on the pimples. I promise you they'll dry out, shrink and disappear within minutes. This is a tip very popular in the modelling industry, as it's very effective, quick and cheap. I really recommend you try it out.
If you want a mask option, cinnamon honey or a crushed aspirin + water mask can help too. :)

Tea tree oil, sulfur spot treatment (Kate Somerville's Eradikate is what I swear by. Gone within 2-3 applications EVERY time.) , but what's more easily accessible is what Vanessa said, the inside of a gel aspirin.

Ok well first no band aids make sure not to touch it too much because your only adding more dirt do not use tooth paste it will not help it will make things worse in my opinion you should first ice the acne so any redness and sweeling can go down and I also agree with tee tree oil I have personally never tried the aspirin thing but my friends have and it worked for them cinnamon is not good for the skin either it will burn it or make it more red so I suggest using some tee tree oil and oatmeal masks help a lot their very soothing hope I could help :D

Vanessa is right!! aspirin gel is amazing and it works really fast... don't do toothpaste!! I tried it and it doesn't do anything aside from stinging.

Liquid Advil (not asprin?) Gels, thats what I use and it helps. I also use a bandaid and it doesn't break me out because it usually ends up falling off when I sleep.

Take an ice cube and hold it one the zits for a few to reduce swelling. apply a 2.5 percent benzoyl peroxide product with a q-tip to kill bacteria and apply a cortisone cream a couple of times a day. it should be gone within 24hrs if you can resist the urge to poke and irritate it too much. visene on a cotton swab can also help reduce redness on saturday. just use it before you apply your makeup.
