Nothing can grow it out fast but can help speed up the process: eating protein packed foods, megatek conditioner which you can google, protective styling and MOISTURE MOISTURE MOISTURE lol

Try oils, like castor oil, coconut oil or Moroccan oil. Massage the oils into your head. Leave it in your hair for a least 30minutes. Try mane 'n tail shampoo. Drink a lot of water

Oh sorry. You can get black Jamaican castor oil at a beauty supply store, but not all of them carry them. You can also purchase some from amazon

Get your hair trimmed every 6 weeks and if you use a lot of heat your hair could possibly be damaged I would get a trim and then buy some heat protect lower the heat setting and try not to use so much heat because if it gets severely damaged it will start breaking off at the scalp and it will take long to grow

To get my hair growing fast, I did the following things: I use the flat iron only if im going out for example a date, club etc. I massage my scalp to stimulate circulation, I only trim when necessary, for ex if I began to notice split ends. a diet high in protein also helps. Or you can take prenatal pills. dont forget to deep condition ladies.

Biotin is a great supplement to help your hair to be strong, thick, but to also grow. Also oils like coconut, avocado, castor, jajoba and Shea butter are great for hair. Make sure you MOISTURIZER your hair and drink plenty of water. Also what you eat is determines your hair. Find products that works best for your hair texture.

Fortunately, you have hair! Unfortunately, your DNA dictates what your hair can do :) Getting regular trims will aid in split ends, however it will not make the hair grow faster. Having proper nutrition through supplements and or food is your best bet. You could also try Biotin as a booster. What you will need most is patience!

I have been taking 5,000 mcg of Biotin a day, once a week I do a treatment of coconut oil, olive oil, honey and one egg(leave in for 30mins rinse with Luke warm water and apply your normal conditioner), also I drink a fruit/spinach smoothie daily (sounds gross but its really good) and once a night I lay with my head upside down and run a wide tooth comb thru it for 10 mins- this stimulates blood flow. The last 3 months my hair has grown an inch a month! I am growing my hair out from a pixie cut. :-)
