Benefit High Beam ($26) or Maybelline Color Tattoo in 'too Cool' ($8-$10)
Maybelline Vanilla single eyeshadow ($5)/some white eyeshadow
Use either Benefit or Color Tattoo as a base after primer. Pat on the white shadow gently on top to preserve the glow and prevent creasing.
I think this looks more romantic and soft as opposed to glitter pigments, or pure mattes. Hope this helped :)
