If I were in your shoes, I would wash my face, apply aloe vera, & then go to a doctor. especially if you just woke up with it.. have you changed your beauty routine recently? :s

Either the honey or the lemon could be the culprit. Natural honey contains allergens from the flowers that the bees used, and lemon is acidic and highly irritant. You could either be having an allergic reaction, or suffering a citric acid chemical burn. Wash your face gently with soap and water, then apply alcohol-free aloe or unscented lotion. If it keeps going, take an antihistamine and see a doctor.
