I know rimmel London has a similar one, I have it, it's a pretty champagne color but it's like 16-17$ and it doesn't last well on the waterline :/

Iline I keep hearing rave reviews on the Rimmel scandleyes liner. I Can't remember the name of the color but it's similar to this one and is used for the waterline. Hope this helps :-)

NYX Wonder Pencil & Rimmel London Scandaleyes in Nude. The Rimmel London is about $3 depending on where you get it from & it's definitely my favorite. It stays on the waterline well for me.
