What is a kohl eyeliner? what looks do you use it for? what are good brands for it?
& lastly! what kind of eyeliner do you use for a cut crease?

Kohl liner is softer than a regular pencil and allows it to be smudged easily. I have the ELF Kohl pencil and love it. I've used it to start the "cut" in a cut crease... but I'm still learning so someone else may give better advice.
