You have to wash it out ;) you only need a little of the product every time you use it, and you should only use it in the lengths of the hair :)

Leave it on for 20, add heat for even more results. Use once a week, and you should see a great improvement after multiple uses!

Don't leave it overnight. You won't see any additional results and leaving any protein/rebuilding mask on for too long can actually make your hair brittle. However- I LOVE joico k-pak. It has saved my hair so many times. Use it every 2-3 shampoos.

I no you have to wash it out I mean with a shower cap on overnight for more intense recovering also I used it today left it on for about 5 min while I was in the shower then tried running my fingers thought my hair like i do with conditioner and it was like I didn't have conditioner on my hair? I thought the joico k PAC would work as a conditioner to?

Once a week only. Too much protein will make your hair brittle . It's a great product .
