To get the color, dye your hair the dark brown, unless it's already that, then put bleach where you want it to start getting lighter. You can let different sections sit with bleach on them for different time intervals to create more of an ombré or fade look. Hope this helps. Make you have great conditioner, and sulphate free shampoos to keep you're hair in good condition.
