I actually have no idea what any of that is lol. I'm a VIB Rouge according to their site but I never received a specific card, aside from a card that allows me access to a makeover or something like that. I still have the same beauty insider card as when I first signed up. I also never get 10% coupons either, just an occasional coupon in the mail or in email. So I'm stumped here. Hopefully someone else can explain because now I'm really curious lol.
