How do you fully remove all makeup? And how do you know that it is for sure all removed?
I use make up remover wipes and then wash my face but I just want to make sure that I'm getting it all out.

I use makeup remover wipes, wipe till nothing is coming off anymore (as many wipes as it takes), wash my face and then use a toner because I feel like that really goes the extra mile to wipe off all the excess.

I use eye makeup remover first with cotton rounds, then makeup remover wipes for my face. Then I wash with a cleanser, then toner with cotton round and moisturizer 👍

I cleanse my makeup off with philosophy purity. Then use my foaming cleanser of choice with my clarisonic. You don't really need a clarisonic but my skin is oily and I need a lot of exfoliation. Then a use a toner. I'm surprised at how much stuff is on the cotton after toner sometimes. If I miss a step I get zits.

I use an eye-makeup remover first (or an oil to break up mascara & liner), then apply water to entire face and suds up with a face cleanser, pat dry, and then finish up with a toner/astringent. I still haven't found one cleanser that takes everything off completely without stripping my natural moisture! My toner/astringent tells the truth after I've scrubbed and/or cleansed.
