Does anyone have any tips on fitness/nutrition/skin care? Or what helps you stay fit. I'd love to hear anything 😄❤️

Try to eat less processed foods and more healthy organic options. Also, thirty minutes of cardio does wonders. :)

I generally eat pretty healthy food because I was raised eating a lot of fruits and veggies so I love them all now 😄 I'll look into the cardio, thanks!!

Stay away from Cereal (high in sugar), toast (full of calories), smoothies (full of sugar and calories), anything processed (especially if you live in America), low calorie diets (oh god please stay away from these, they are so bad for you. Eat normally just portion control).
If you have to eat sugar, have some fat with it, it'll slow it down and won't turn to fat.
Don't cook or blend your vegetables, it'll get rid of all the nutrients. Grapes are a great snack because there are virtually no calories in them. Replace all fizzy drinks with water, its better for your skin, your gut, your teeth and there's no calories.Read labels on everything. Try and make as much of your meals as you can.
I hope this helped, if you need anymore advice on nutrition, weight loss or exercises (my boyfriend does fitness training, let me know what part of your body you want to work out and I'll give you the exercise ;) ) just send me a message.

Autumn, I agree that making your own smoothies is much better than having McDonalds ones or other processed ones, the problem with them is that they don't fill you, like eating the fruit would and theres a LOT of sugar in fruit thats why I say they're full of sugar and calories. It's much better to just eat some fruit or yogurt instead.
I forgot to mention orange or apple juice, I don't want to give you a big lecture but basically all the goodness and nice taste is taken out so the companys add other bad stuff to make it taste and look like something you'd want to drink.

I love tea tree oil! It's a miracle for my skin. I love to apply a little bit of oil on my occasional spot and it disappears within 2 days. Realy works, try it! :)

My biggest thing is making sure you are actually getting ENOUGH calories and carbs! I used to think I was eating too much, but after finding how much I need compared to my weight I needed to increase my Calories by twice my original intake. I could go on for days with all the info I can tell you so If you would like to know more feel free to talk to me. Kelsey is right, there is a lot of inaccurate info on this thread, but the cutting out fast food and overly processed foods is a good start!
