So everyday when I put my foundation or concealer on, I walk outside and it looks like crap! I've tried everything like blending with a damp sponge or a brush. how can I get flawless non orange/cakey face makeup?!

I get the exact same thing and it never freaking works so annoying , try a powder over your foundation it works for me , hope this helps ;)

Get a foundation which is your perfect match so there is no orange, using less to star with then build it up so it's not all caked on your face at once.
Use a matte finishing powered on top this will give you a flawless look.

And about the orange... try to use a foundation that isn't so orange if you want a tanned skin foundation go for and ivory colour or a soft beige and go for a full coverage that way you won't have to cake stuff on.

Sounds like your foundation and concealer is oxidizing. Which ones do you use?

MAC prolongwear concealer is only made for the under eyes, not other areas of the face. It doesn't oxidize because I use it everyday and it's the best for the under eyes. I would get a new foundation if I were you and get a primer too and set it with a colorless powder

Find your undertone and match your foundation to your neck in sunlight and wait to if it oxidizes.
Here's how you find your basic tone. It's best to do this also in sunlight.
Look at the inside of your forearms. See the veins there? If they look more blue, you're probably cool undertones. If you see green veins, you're warm. So, blue veins = cool skin, green veins = warm skin. If you can't tell whether they're blue or green your probably neutral.
(This is optional may or may not help. It has been said to be incorrect but I don't know maybe it can help someone) Also if you wear more or look better in silver jewelry your more cool. If you wear more gold then warm. If you look good in both your probably neutral.
