What I used to get this look -
Smashbox photo finish primer
Marc Jacobs Foundation
Marc Jacobs finishing powder
Stila waterproof smudge stick in mint julep
Mac fluid line in blacktrack
Nars stourhead satin lip pencil
Mac lipglass in good times
Mac shaping powder in shadester
Nars blush in sex fantasy
And a highlight of nars albatross :)

@Megan H, I used MAC's fluidline in Blacktrack. It's a gel liner, basically. I apply it with a flat angled brush. The only tip I have is to practice. That's the only way to perfect the art that is winged liner! The more you apply, the steadier your hand will become. Thank you!

@Cami F, I love the marc jacobs foundation. A little goes a very long way with it. It's very smooth, and luxurious feeling on the skin. I have pretty normal skin, occasionally it can be a little oily, but I find myself not needing to reapply really unless it's been hours, or I went into the cold or something that'll make my skin act up.
