How should I do my hair?

So I bought some bleach and semi permanent pink dye, but how should I do it? I was thinking of bleaching the tips and mixing the pink with conditioner to make my hair to go from a dusty pink to a light/pastel. Any other ideas before I dye it? Thanks!  :)

So out didn't work... I mixed the pink with a blue and this happened...
I'm going to attempt to fix it, but here's what it looks like so far
