I third the Aloe Vera suggestion. also a cool cloth or ice wrapped in a cloth & left to sit on the skin would work.

This might sound bizarre but egg white! So take one egg crack it and separate the white from the yolk. Once you have the white in a separate bowl just mix and apply. It really helps to relieve the redness/irritation to the skin. Goodluck!

I put it in the fridge and then soak a washcloth in it after I use my PMD microdermabrasion. My skins very red and dry then. It neutralizes the ph and soothes it so well. It feels amazing.
