Hi ladies, I've never dyed my hair before (😳) and was wondering if I put lemon citrus in my hairs throughout (roughly) would it lighten up my hair and give me a more natural look to streaks? Also, if so, how long do I leave it in for?

Yes, my blond friend always in the summer puts some lemon in her hair to brighten it. She says it works but you have to be in the sun for long period of time I'd say 1hr-2 and always out, I'm sure it won't happen in a day! Good luuuck :)
