You can use white eyeliner first on your eyes to draw the winged eyeliner before putting on liquid eyeliner. Its easier to work with that way or you can take a piece of paper and fold it then cut it it into a half-oval shape to be the same shape as your eyes then use eyeliner..like in the picture here.
