Natural and elegant, don't overdo it and I personally wouldnt apply any bold colours unless it was a lippy but that would depend on your outfit too

What kind of internship? I would do a little research on the workplace environment...keep your makeup very clean n crisp... simple eyeliner n nice rosey/nude shade of lips with well moisturized skin...that's what I would do :)
