Like a natural store lol I don't know what you call it. The stores that sell herbs, essential oils, etc. I bought mine from actual African women at an cultural event.

We've had this question because when I first joined BL. If you search for it you'll find the topic. There was a lot of feedback and you might end up waiting for hours for a reply. X.

Also, DO NOT BUY drugstore african black soap. It isn't authentic at all. If it's pretty and neat, it's not the real deal.

Hey now, I like Shea Moisture's African Black Soap but I think the true black soap retains more of the benefits

Nothing wrong with drugstore black soap. I tried the real deal broke out with welts. While my Nubian Heritage African Black soap has been a huge help controlling my oily/combo skin. I say try both the Dudu Osun brand and Shea Moisture or Nubian Heritage. Dudo Osun you can find via Amazon and the other two at Target, Walmart, Walgreens.

Not all are bad. I'm just saying if she wants the real deal, they aren't going to be at the drugstore. They don't sell the authentic black soap. I tried one before vs the real thing. Very different products.

Vista cost or iherb. It's usually cheaper than in the store. Whole foods probably has it if you need it immediately.
