So I've heard of so many oils that are good for you:
Coconut oil
Castor oil
Argan oil
Sweet almond oil
Avocado oil
Rose hip seed oil
Jojoba oil
Apricot kernel oil
Which ones are for what and how do you use them?? Which ones are the best? Because I feel like there are too many for me to get and use at the same time!! And any others you recommend too thanks :):)

I think you can put coconut oil in your hair if it's thick. If it was thin it'd look greasy. Hope I helped!

That site has great info you would probably find useful.
Personally, I recommend coconut oil for body moisturizing and castor + your choice of jojoba or sweet almond for facial cleansing. You can moisturize your face with the jojoba or sweet almond after oil cleansing if your skin ends up on the dry side.

Coconut oil is mostly for hair and skin. I haven't used it on my skin, but I've heard it makes your skin super soft. but as for hair just massage it in and wait 15 mins, then shower! makes your hair so soft. castor oil is for hair growth, as I've heard. like if you were to over pluck your brows apply that! and argon oil is for frizz! just work it in your hair and it should help. just don't use it on your scalp. sorry don't know the rest of them!

They are all amazing and each serve a different purpose some the same.. Coconut oil I know is really good for your hair and skin and if you get the all natural you can put it in your food and it's amazing!!
Castor oil is also really good for your hair and skin and it helps your skin breath.. If you are ever feeling blotted or you have a stomach ache rub some of it on the area and place a paper towel on top and leave it like that it helps so much!!seriously works miracles!! And if you want you can put a heat pack on top.
Argan oil is again good for your hair and skin (mainly used for that) and I'm sure there are more things you can always look it up on google..
Jojoba oil is good for the skin too... We have all of these in my house they are good for a lot, too many to list... Google has all the answers;p
