What's the best brand of make up remover?

Any brand. It doesn't matter. As long as its 100% acetone. I get mine for about $3 bucks at Sally's beauty supply and it's 16 ounce rather than the normal nail polish remover which is 12 ounces, not 100% pure acetone, about $4-5 bucks, and not even worth it.

I use the Up & Up makeup removing wipes from Target for my face and the Sephora Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover for my eyes since I use waterproof products on my eyes. I love both of them because they really get the job done for me.

I love Clean & Clear Makeup Dissolving Foaming Cleanser. I've tried other brands but when looking in a magnifying mirror after I could still see makeup stuck in my pores. After using this one there is no trace of makeup.

I use makeup remover wipes from Burt's and bees! I love them because they don't burn and my makeup is off with one swipe.

I use eyes and lips makeup remover from Jafra and it works really good! I use the extra amount and message it in my face ( I use a sponge, I buy about 30 something for like 2-3 dollars at Target!) and then I wash my face. It takes of 100% of my makeup!!! And I have VERY sensitive eyes and it has not irritated my eyes at all, plus I have not lost a single eyelash since !!!

Urban Decay Melt Down is the best I've tried I have some waterproof eyeliners that most drugstore makeup removers and wipes just won't get off without heavy scrubbing. this litteraly melts it off no tugging required http://makeupmattersbylnc.blogspot.com/2012/09/behind-scenes-beauty.html?m=1

I love love love Lancôme's make up remover. It's a bit pricy but so worth it. Very soft on the eyes and it gets everything off.
