My lips have been so dry from the weather as well! Like peeling constantly and I used Chapstick regularly. I bought "soft lips" chap stick and that's been the only thing that's helped me. I saw a difference the same day I bought it! Only like 4.00 for a two pack. Good luck!

I exfoliate every night and apply coconut oil (well technically it's an shea butter and coconut oil mix) but that deeply moisturizes my lips at night.

All the things you tried are actually lip protectors. they help seal I'm moisture and prevent them from getting chapped on the dry and cold weather. you need to remove the dead skin with a scrub made of sugar and Olive or coconut oil to first get off any skin that is already dead. that will also help moisturize. then seal it in and prevent any further chapping with the protectors. I like to use eos or avon moisture therapy under my lip products, a babylips or elf lip tints when I don't feel like wearing lipstick But still want color, and nivea lip butters at night applied thick to help with the fact that my heat runs all night. I rarely get chapped lips when I do this and I exfoliate them about once to twice a week wheeled I see them a bit chapped

Agree^^^. And I use the avon moisture therapy too. I like it most than any others.

I would recommend that you try a sugar scrub, then apply some lip balm. Lush sells a really good exfoliater that you can actaully eat! Or rub your lips with a toothbrush, or apply a lip scrub made with honey and sugar then rub it on your lips.

I exfoliate my lips everyday with my toothbrush. lol & then just add chapstick, lipgloss, etc. it works for me.

Use Aquaphor in place of lip balm, I promise it'll help so much! You can use it to exfoliate too, just add sugar :)

Before bed, apply your regular lipbalm, then apply some Vaseline. The next morning your lips will be SUPER SPFT.

These two things should help a lot:
- Lush lip scrub, or any other lip scrub. I just like Lush because they are decently priced and you get a good amount of product unlike other brands I've seen. Around $6 versus $16 or $20 for some. I love theirs though. I believe Elf also has one that people really recommend but I haven't tried it (simply because I don't think I've ever seen a store that has it) and you can't go wrong for $1
- Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment. I've tried countless lip balms over the years and many and more this past winter. Nothing ever makes my lips feel as good as this stuff. It's pricey ($22.50) but it is worth EVERY penny. They have an advanced therapy version for $25 as well if you feel you need it but no matter how badly chapped mine have been the original version has always worked wonders.

The only other thing that I haven't tried yet but still would like to try and that I hear is great is Elizabeth Arden's 8 Hour Cream. People say it makes a great lip balm, but it is super heavy duty so it doesn't have a very pleasant scent apparently. The Fresh one smells great though!
